I used it to go to Disneyland and DisneySea. It's very convenient because the bus to Maihama Station (city bus) leaves from in front of the hotel. I was able to get on the first bus from the bus stop right in front of the hotel, but when I got to the next stop, it was full and some people couldn't get on.
If you're going to Disney, I highly recommend it, including the access.
